SMALL-SCALE DESIGNS
Tiny Tattoos are small-scale designs created with careful attention to detail, placement and composition. Designs can range from simple fine-line artwork and meaningful symbols to more detailed florals, botanical pieces and custom illustrations.
Placement and size are considered carefully so your tattoo has enough space for the design to remain clear and readable as it heals and ages.
CUSTOM & BOTANICAL TATTOOS
Breanna Joy also accepts larger custom tattoo projects beyond Tiny Tattoos. Her work is especially inspired by botanicals, florals, butterflies, birds, nature, pets, henna-inspired details and geometric designs. Other styles may also be considered depending on the project.
Before booking larger custom work, send your inspiration and design ideas to tattoo artist Breanna Joy at 619-389-7999 for a complimentary message consultation. She’ll review your concept, placement and approximate size to make sure the project is a good fit.
Pricing and appointment length vary by design, size and detail. You’ll receive an individual quote and estimated appointment time before booking. Once approved, Breanna will arrange your appointment directly and send an invoice for the required deposit to hold your date.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A TATTOO SERVICE?
Every custom tattoo begins with a complimentary message consultation with tattoo artist Breanna Joy. This helps determine the design, placement, approximate size and appropriate appointment before you book.
Before booking, text Breanna Joy at 619-389-7999 with approximately two inspiration photos, where you’d like the tattoo placed, your approximate desired size and a brief description of your idea.
Breanna will review your concept, answer questions and help determine the appropriate tattoo service and appointment length. Additional details or inspiration may be requested before your design is approved for booking.
You can also talk about things like pricing, placement, and the design details.During your message consultation, Breanna may provide a simple sketch or inspiration image to confirm the overall direction of your tattoo. Custom design work is finalized after your appointment is booked and is typically prepared close to your appointment date.
You’ll have an opportunity to review the design before tattooing begins. Small adjustments can usually be made at your appointment, but major changes should be discussed during your initial message consultation so enough design and appointment time can be reserved.
Your appointment begins by reviewing the final design, size and placement with Breanna. Once approved, the design is transferred to your skin using a stencil or hand-drawn details so you can see the placement before tattooing begins.
After your tattoo is complete, the area will be cleaned and protected as needed. You’ll receive a Black Bloom Aftercare Kit and instructions for caring for your new tattoo while it heals.

A fresh tattoo should be treated like a healing wound. Keep the area clean, protected and free from unnecessary products or contamination while your skin heals.
Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes and other potentially contaminated water while healing. Do not pick or scratch peeling skin, and avoid applying products that aren’t recommended for your tattoo.
