1. APPOINTMENT BOOKING DEPOSIT

A $150 deposit non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee will go toward the service, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

2. LATE & NO SHOW

Everyones time is valuable, so if you are more than 10 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment. Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone. Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

3. CANCELLATIONS

We request that you give 48 hours notice when canceling your appointment. We request that you give 48 hours notice when canceling your appointment. All cancellations will forfeit their original deposit. All Purchases through Black Bloom’s website are nonrefundable. To transfer any purchase to a new appointment date, a new deposit is required to hold your new appointment. Please note that cancelling and rescheduling are not the same processes.

4. RESCHEDULING

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule or postpone your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your service provider, but other clients as well.

Clients may reschedule once with a 48-hour advance notice. All new clients will require a new deposit to reschedule their first appointment. Returning clients for their touch-up will require a $50 reschedule fee.

  • New Clients will need a new deposit $150 to reschedule.
  • Returning clients with touch-ups will have a $50 charge for rescheduled appointments.
  • You may reschedule up to 2 times (following the 48 hour advance notice) and rescheduled date must not exceed 6 months from initial date.
  • Any rescheduled appointments will result in no refund on deposit. You will be charged a new deposit when rescheduling.
  • No call-No shows or any notice under 24 hours before appointment will result in a full credit card charge.

5. PETS, CHILDREN & GUESTS

We love children and pets, but the law states that anyone that comes into our studio must be 18 years and older. So, please do not bring your children. For our San Antonio, there is a drop-off child care in the plaza. It’s recommended that you give Kids Space a call 210-545-7722 ahead of time to ensure available space.

Covid recommendations are still a priority at our San Antonio and Austin locations. For this reason, no guests are allowed to accompany you unless they are your translator. No pets are allowed in the facility due to sanitation guidelines set forth by the health department.
