At your first eyeliner tattoo appointment, your artist will make clear the eyeliner procedure process. She will put a numbing aesthetic on your eyelid area to alleviate discomfort.
Next, the artist will pre-draw your eyeliner based on the two preferred eyeliner styles. Tweaking can be made before you commit to the mapping process. After commitment, eyeliner pigment is carefully implanted into the skin. Gently building layers to avoid harsh or bold results.- Do bring sunglasses to wear home. Eyes may be slightly sensitive afterwards.
- If you wear eyeglasses, please bring those to your appointment.
- Do not wear mascara on the day of the procedure.
- Contact lenses must be removed before the procedure.
- Have your eyes free of makeup and moisturizer.
It takes approximately 5-7 days for your tattoo eyeliner to heal. During this time, you may experience light swelling, which is normal and will subside within a few hours. In general, most clients return to their normal activities after the appointment.
However, it’s important to note that you should not touch or rub your eyes during the healing process. You should also wear sunglasses when spending time outdoors to avoid sensitivity until your tattoo eyeliner has completely healed.All first appointments will need a 2nd session 6-8 weeks later. Second “touch-up” session is included in this service. Your COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP is valid for 4 months after your 1st SESSION. Fading depends on several factors, lifestyle, pigment color, and skin care. Touch-ups are recommended every 2-3 years.
