NANO BROWS
Nano brows uses an enhanced microblading technique. Hair-like marks are made on the skin by applying pigment with a super-fine needle that’s attached to the permanent makeup machine. MICROBLADING TECHNIQUES
Similar to nano brows but using a blade, microblading technique uses a manual blade-like tool to make shallow cuts in the skin. Our skilled artists offer several techniques, such as microblading hair-drawn hair strokes, dotting for a powered effect, and a combination of these two techniques. And each method creates a unique eyebrow look, complementing your personal style.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A MICROBLADING SERVICE?
Microblading, especially realistic nano hair strokes technique is a popular service in Irving, Texas at Black Bloom Studio.
The first 20 minutes of your microblading appointment is dedicated to discussing particulars, such as brow results, skin type, and your medical history.
After that, your artist will draw draft brows on your skin with a pencil. During this time, your artist will discuss shape, width, and tattoo techniques that best suits you. So, this gives you the opportunity to see a basic example before your artist starts the mapping process.
Next, is the mapping process; a foundational step where your artist uses precise markings and measurements to outline the ideal eyebrow shape for your face. This process ensures balance, symmetry, and a natural look before applying the permanent makeup.Microblading is not ideal for individuals with oily skin as it may not hold the pigments well, which leads to faster fading. Instead, nano hair strokes technique is more suitable for people with oily skin.
All first appointments will need a second session 6-8 weeks later. While this second session is included in the initial microblading or nano brow service, it is only valid for 4 months after your first session.
The amount of fading depends on numerous factors, such as skin care, lifestyle, and pigment color. Touch-ups are recommended every 2-3 years.If you are interested in brow cover-up/correction, you must schedule a different service called “Brow Cover-Up”. Please send us a clear photo of your brows with a description of your desired results. Laser treatments may be recommended. $150 deposit required to schedule an appointment.
